장기투숙안내
1. 매주 1회 (평일 오후 2시~ 4시 사이) 침구 교체가 진행됩니다. 주로 체크인하신 요일에 맞춰 진행되며 하루 전 교체 안내드립니다.
평상시에는 객실 안에 비치된 청소도구를 이용해 청소해주시면 됩니다.
객실의 청소가 필요하신 경우 별도의 비용의 발생됩니다.
(유료청소서비스 - 25,000원/ 키오스크 결제가능)
※침구교체는 7박 이상 예약시 무료 제공되는 서비스입니다
2. 본 숙소는 생활숙박형시설로 숙박 첫날 객실에 기본 세팅되어 있는 물품 외 추가 비품을 제공해드리지 않습니다.
(단, 수건과 기본 객실용품은 하루 전 미리 요청시 다음날 오후 6시 전까지 객실로 가져다드립니다)
3. 지하 1층에 쓰레기 배출장이 있습니다.
일반쓰레기봉투와 음식물쓰레기 봉투는 1층 CU편의점 또는 GS편의점에서 구입이 가능합니다.
4. 객실 내에서는 외부 신발 착용이 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다. 쾌적한 이용을 위해 실내용 개인 슬리퍼를 휴대하여 사용하시면 좋습니다.
5. 장기객실은 퇴실시 사용상의 부주의로 인한 객실의 심각한 손상이 발생하거나 위생상태가 심각하게 불량한 경우 점검 후 비용이 발생될 수 있습니다. 이용에 각별한 주의부탁드립니다.
1. Bedding Change (for stays of 7 nights or more)
Bedding is changed once a week, usually on the same weekday you checked in.
Changes are made between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, and we will notify you a day in advance.
For daily cleaning, please use the cleaning tools provided in the room.
If you would like a cleaning service, it is available for an additional fee of ₩25,000 (payable via kiosk).
🛏️ Bedding change is a complimentary service for stays of 7 nights or more.
2. Room Supplies
This property is a residence-type accommodation, and no additional supplies are provided beyond what is set up on your check-in day.
However, if you need extra towels or basic items, please request them at least one day in advance, and we will deliver them to your room by 6:00 PM the following day.
3. Trash Disposal
A trash disposal area is located on B1 (Basement Level 1).
You can purchase general waste bags and food waste bags at the CU or GS convenience store on the 1st floor.
4. Indoor Footwear
Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the room.
We recommend bringing your own indoor slippers for comfort and hygiene.
5. Room Condition for Long-Term Stays
For extended stays, if the room is found to be excessively dirty or damaged due to negligence upon check-out, additional charges may apply after inspection.
Please take care to maintain the room in good condition throughout your stay.
